The Tecnadyne Product Support Staff has a combined 65 years experience working with Tecnadyne products and is always available and willing to answer customer questions regarding the appropriate choice of Tecnadyne products, the correct integration of those products into the customer's system, or field repair and maintenance of Tecnadyne products.
Whenever possible, it is best to email support requests, as this assures that your request will be forwarded to the most knowledgeable person on the Product Support Staff. If it is necessary to return a Tecnadyne product for warranty or out-of-warranty repair, please first contact our Product Support Staff to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. It is required that a valid RMA number be prominently displayed on the outside of the packaging for all returned products.
