Warranty & Return Policy

The buyer will bear all costs incurred for returns for service or repair, either within the warranty period or after the warranty has expired. This includes all transportation, insurance, duties, taxes or other fees for the shipment of the product to Tecnadyne and the return of goods to the buyer.  No return shipment will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number issued by Tecnadyne.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact Tecnadyne to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

This Return Authorization Number must be included in all documents accompanying the shipment and must be displayed on the outside of the packaging. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please download the RMA form, below, fill in the required information, and email the completed form to support@tecnadyne.com or fax it to (USA) 858-586-9660.

Once a valid Return Authorization Number has been issued, please include a copy of the RMA form and ship to the following address:

All warranty claims will be processed in accordance with Tecnadyne’s Express Limited Warranty.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request Form

When we receive the completed RMA Request Form, we will immediately issue an RMA number and also provide shipping instructions for return of the equipment to Tecnadyne.
