When we receive the completed RMA Request Form, Tecnadyne will issue an RMA number and provide shipping instructions.

Equipment being returned for repair requires a Return Material Authorization number (RMA #). You must fill out the RMA Request form. Once submitted you will be emailed the RMA number and shipping instructions.

The buyer will bear all costs incurred for returns for service or repair, if outside the warranty period or after the warranty has expired. This includes all transportation, insurance, duties, taxes or other fees for the shipment of the product to Tecnadyne and the return of goods to the buyer. Upon receiving your equipment, a notification will be sent via email to advise of the arrival of your equipment. Due to a high volume of business, repair estimates will take 2-4 weeks from receipt of the equipment. Tecnadyne’s repair labor rate is $100 per hour with a minimum $350 evaluation charge per RMA.

All warranty claims will be processed in accordance with Tecnadyne’s Express Limited Warranty.
